Hello! Karishma
by Sahil on Aug 29, 2005 02:16 PM

I Was Big Fan Of Karishma, Once I heared that Karishma is no more with Abhishek It hurted me. Today Karishma's life would have been much better if she would have not rejected Abhishek. Every one nows Bachan Family is very Matured family and they nows the value of Relations.

Any way Past is past I suggest Karishma and Sanjay have to seat and solve the problem by them self without any family memebers involvements under the roof covered by four walls, rather then exposing in media.

Why support karishma Blindly - Sanjay I am with you
by Gsm on Aug 27, 2005 02:20 PM

I am surprised by Karishma kapoor's reaction saying that he has not provided well for the her and child.
Is that a reason for divorce ??? that also with a childhood friend. Can we buy such arguments from Independent and Educated girls.

Are we not encouraging DIVORCES when supreme court observes that all efforts should be made for patch up and divorces be granted as less as possible.

I wonder if women in india have just started using law and social privileges to suit their own needs ???

I guess, Fathers and then their husbands both of them have to reluctantly give away to the wishes of a women coz of the disgrace involved and NATURAL sympathy generated for Indian women.
I think its time Indian Judiciary should see through the dramas of these self-sufficient, independently ** THINKING women .

Also we all should keep the FOREMOST in our minds that Indian marriages and laws are supposed to solve ( Maintain marital tie) and not break them.

Regards
Gsm

PS: watch out if (Pray not) the fight intensifies. misuse of IPC 498 and all.

Fourvee
Kapoor Vs. Kapur
by Fourvee on Aug 27, 2005 01:47 PM

It is not correct for any one to pass any judgement in this case. Principle of Natural Justice will take its course. No one knows who is wrong and who is right. Eventually one who is in the right direction will prevail. We only wish that the future of the child is not hampered because of the differences between the parents. May be the court can think of appointing a care taker, like in the case of Liquidation (Liquidator is appointed by the court) who can take care of the child till the differences between the parents get resolved. Let us not politicalise the issue. Media should refrain from hyping this issue.

the baby should be in the custody of karishma. she is a good mother. her husband is a flirt he will never be able to take care of her baby. he was not responsible enough to take care of his wife, what will he take care of his daughter. her husband is a flirt. A flirt are bad father. He will leave his baby and roam around with his girlfriends.
