the movie could ve been a roaring success, provided vivek oberoi absence and substituted by a potential player.... may be manoj bajpei. he overacted a lot and let our hopes down.
but again the movie is good enough to be a hit. I would ve been again delighted ,had ramgopal verma directed the stuff.
I think KAAL is definately going to rock. I think John Abraham(hunk AND A GUD ACTOR) and Ajay Devgan'S (exceptionally talented actor) presence is gud enough to make it a success. Talking about the film, i think the songs are good. Shah Rukh looks as handsome as ever. As it's a Karan Johar's movie it has to be colourful, gorgeous and has to have excellent cinematography(excuse spelling error).
What I can make out from the tailors of Kaal is that it is a movie based on a one time classic "the Ghosts and The Darkness" starring Van Kilmer & Michael Dougles, that movie was about two Man eater lions. I presume Ajay plays the role of Michael Douglas. Can any body confirm....
Ajay is one the the rare breed of Actors Hindi cenema has produced till date. From "Phool Aur Pattar" to KALL he has really grown leaps and bounds. I dont believe Sha Rukh is a Star Actor. Ajay is the Directors Baby. He can fit into Any Directors creation. Its very rare to get such kind of Actor who is versatile,innovative , creative and who can fit into any charecter. I cant imagine SHARUKH in Gangajal or Bhooth or Bagath or Main Isa.... or Company ...and list goes on. No one in this industry has such a versatility . He is a thorugh Professional. He does not lobby for Awards or Dance for the crowd to increese him Brand Equity.
Really, Hats of Ajay. We would like to c more of versatile charectors in the coming years.
