I saw this movie and I am in completely awe at the brilliance of it. This is a good quality Indian Cinema and definitely worth a try for Oscar than stupid movie like BLACK. Apart from strong and well-sketched characterizations, Sudhir has paid a lot of attention to intricate details to capture the late 60's and 70's era in a such a authentic way which is very rare in Indian cinema. I have seen it couple of times and has already bought the DVD to add to my collections of Matrix, Lord of the rings, beautiful mind etc
Hats off to Sudhir Mishra for producing a splendid effort.
It is such pity that Indians do not appreciate quality cinema and still goes to see run of the mills such as Bunty.....waqt...
PLEASE dont go by the reviews tis is one of the most crapy movie ever made. senseless.
The director wants to justify his point that everyone has HAZARON KHWAISHEIN AISI which can not be fulfilled INCLUDING AUDIENCE'S KHWAISH FOR A DECENT MOVIE.
I APPLAUD HIM FOR THIS.
