Vijay's performance is very appealing and so do Genelia's. The theme of the film is very realistic as you mention. I would have been more happy with the film minus Bipasha Basu and the role she does (could have thought of some other theme that would made Shalini feel cleary her love for Sachin.....in simpe words a Selvaraghavan style of approach would have added pulses for the movie in the initial 40 % of second half ). Again, good approach in diverting from the usual sequences that lead to climaxes and being more realistic, a very good sequenced climax. Raghuvaran's cameo, good choice of Vijay. The braveness expressed by realising the film with Rajini and Kamal films is applaudable but personally I feel that this film would have achieved more than that it is achieveing had it been released at some other time. This I say because good films should achieve what it really deserves. But alls well ends well. We enjoyed and hope so do everyone.
