As the title suggest Vaastu Shastra, I didn't find any thing related to so called vaastu shastra in it and the movie was partly unexplained but really appreciate the movie in some of the scene sequences. Rest everybody knows...
VaastuS is nothing but an outright assault on my ears... I mean I read about the pregnant-pauses-and- all interview by the director and the promos looked mighty good... cos a few of the ghouls are already in the promos... so i thought its gonna spook me on a different level... or at least some kinda meaning on a different plane...
neways my expectations were crushed without pity by the first 15 mins when i knew that it was nothing better than a display of dolby prowess... the constant high pitched thuds and bangs sucked big time...storyline anybody... nay... any explanation of the tormented souls... nay
but its got some slick camerawork, and obviously the kid was great and sush of course was graceful and a tad beleivable...
except for the thought of having lost 100 bucks there wasn't any scare...
Ramu IS great. But about vastu the ghost from Bhoot has transfered to vastu i think so. RGV can take me as ghost if there is any shortage. Every thing is right in this movie and I think its bad if i compare RGV with anyother bollywood directors. RGV has got a great mind which works a lot.
RGV basically belong to action direction but have changed to horror what should this be considered. Should we hope any comedy film like DAUD in future from RGV.
We hope many more scaring, dark and unsimilar films from your side. Good Luck
For the first time there is a good Indian horror movie. Sure if you want to be a critic then there are always things that you can point out, like in such a huge house how come no one ever thought of having a security guard, or why couldn't Rads just tell Jill about the dream that she had and the sounds that she heard. But overall the plot was good, clear and crisp didn't give away more than it had to. Grippin enough to make you know what would happen next, its probably the first of its kind in contemporary Indian cinema. If Bhoot mae you shiver... I'd definitely recomend a heart transplant for this one.
I personally wanna thwack Sush and Ram Gopal Verma for misleading us into believing that this one will get u to wet your pants with fear.i know what a scary movie is ,dude. And this ain't it!Apart from the maushi who was tres good and Sush who plays the part of a mommy naturally beautifully, this movie is nothing but a clever gimmick of loud harsh sounds (DHANNG!!) that come in from nowhere and for no purpose. No story line ,no whys or wherefores.A really bad film that will do well only coz of the hype and publicity.I don't mind the money I spent on the tickets, the popcorn ,the colas..what tees me off is the fact that I booked tickets in advance ,darn it!coz of the promises it made.remind me not to trust advertising ever again!
