I think Priyadarshan's forthcoming remakes include those of his 80s' hit films in malayalam : 1. "thalavattam"-with Mohan Lal &Kartika 2."mazha peyyunnu maddalam kottunnu "- Mohan Lal & Lissy 3. "Boeing boeing"-Mohan Lal,Mukesh and Lissy probably he will come with "Friends" by Siddiq Lal ..the same duo who made the originals of "Hera pheri" and "hulchul"!
Everyone seems so bent out of shape because this movie is a copy....oh well. I enjoyed just about every aspect of this film....the story line, the decent acting, the refreshing music and some rather stunning cinematography. This movie was showing in a movie house in Columbia, Maryland (USA) that has never screened an Indian movie before....and the attendance was good..! I might even go see it again and take some of my "gora" friends with me. Frank
Priyadarshan is back with yet another COPY PASTE story this time it is "GODFATHER" a famous malayalam film released in the early 90s and which ran in packed house for 300 Days in kerala theatres..

I have not even seen the trailer of this movie but i bet i can tell you the story including the climax. that's because this movie seems to be a straight lift from a malayalam movie 'godfather'. this outrageously funny malayalam movie was made by the ace duo of siddique and lal. they also directed 'ramji rao speaking' which priyadarsan copied into hindi as 'hera pheri'. when will priyadarsan stop copying good malayalam movies which were not even directed by him .i wish he would at least acknowledge that his movies have been 'inspired'. his previous film hungama was made in malayalam originally as 'puchakaru...' .if priydarsan announces a new movie, just ask the nearest malayali and he will tell you the story.

next priyans movie is Garam Masala ( remake of boeing boeing) after that i think he is going to remake thalavattam,
priyadarsan has again done it.its a copy of the malayalm film godfather which shows rivalry between 2 families.it is the same situation where the hero and heroine studies in same college.and the play fake love between each other to revenge but eventually fall in love.but i assure u that even though it is a copy,if u want a relief to the mind and laugh,u should see this comedy film.
AS USUAL PRIYADARSHAN COME OUT WITH ANOTHER COMEDY .GOING BY PROMOS IT SEEMS LIKE HULCHUL IS REMAKE OF HIT MALAYALAM FLICK "GODFATHER" DIRECTED BY SIDDIQUE - LAL
