Me thinks lakshya is gonna be a great movie. But it is ridiculous tha fools like muqeem are making senseless comments about the film even before its release. It's really foolish to make comments on great actors like SRK and Hrithik.
I think it depends on the plot of the movie...not on the cast...As of now you can not really judge wheather it will beat MHN or not just by knowing the actors in the movie...Like it is said you can not judge a book by it's cover...the only way to figure out if what's in book is good or bad is by reading it...In other words, we have to see the movie and then tell if MHN has beaten L or not??? All i can say for now is that in both movies the actors are all great with alot to offer...So let's SEE...
i think so cause main hoon na more or less is a copy of mission impossible sharukh riding a rikshaw and chasing a scorpio runnig at a speed of 80km/hr on the other hand farhan akhtars dil chahta hai proved that hei can direct good films and more or less lakshay is written by javed akhtar so i think the only drawback which will remain will be acting and it has the probably biggest starcast of 2004 amitabh bachans presence in the film makes it worht watching and lakshay isnt just going to stay behind for too long than main hoon na lets see this june who does the better job farah or farhan
Why r we talking about NRIs here, arent there indiansin india who want to watch Lakshya, why is every news paper , website, so preoccupied with the NRI public

LAKSHYA is LAKSHYA and main hoon na is main hoo naa. We can not compare them. Lakshya is far better movie that main hoon na.. I just watched it. Went out of te hall, purchased tye tickit again and then went into to watch it again. This is just incredible!!!!
There is no way that a stupid movie like lakshya can break the records of Main Hoon Naa. The two weeks collections of Lakshya wont be equal to the one week collection of Main Hoon Naa.
Main Hoon Naa is a super duper hit. Multi starrer's like Lakeer & Yuva coudn't dethrone it from Number one position. Lakshya is gonna be a biggest flop of 2004. We can't even tolerate it's promos. So, one can imagine it's fate at box office.
Personally I feel Main Hoon Naa was overrated-no great perfomance, songs etc.It worked only due to SRK's name.Granted Kal Ho Na Ho was also escapist but atleast it had its share of great moments.Just goes to prove u can fool some people always. George
Lakshya is an inspiring and glorious film.Even though it is not released, the commercials and snapshots show that the film is simply toooooooo good and of course Hrithik and Priety have done an excellent job in it!!!
