We need to Run
by soumik on Jun 01, 2004 03:03 PM

Thanx for letting us know that the theatre was full of girls ,I saw it before the review ,need to see the girls now ,I think Vijay was the only source of entertainment in the movie .I can`t understand how a director can make such a bogus movie .I really want Abhishek to come up but these directors will finish off his career .I was constantly thinking that the main theme of the movie was about to come till i got out of the hall .The reviewer has a poor knowledge of the Bihari accent ,she should do a course under in the railway ministry now .The wardrobe of the heroine was good for the fashion show .It was a sheer waste of time & money seeing the movie ,now will go to see the girls!!!

No Joy Movie!
by Sachin on Jun 01, 2004 06:07 AM

Wel admitedly the movie was no good, but am surprised that the critic herein couldnt discern the distinct Rajasthani/Gujjar accent voiced by Manjrekar, and interpret it as Bihaari.

Hey no offences but the author needs to a get a lil more acquainted with diverse people in realtime to give an apt comment which could then probabaly provide more entertainment value than the movies itself.

can see once
by Shyam on May 26, 2004 01:19 AM

I think movie is not that bad..it doesnt have anything extraordinary but it doesnt have unnecessary subploats either. I think reviewers in Rediff has some prejudice against Manjarekar ..in this movie he truely wasnt loud at all. I thought his performance was very good and controlled one. Infact everyone in movie acted well..it was good to see even Ayesha coming back in movies after long time even though she doesnt have big role in this movie. Vijay Raz was hillarious. He should be careful in not being typecasted like Anu Kapoor in the past in coming in all those role where one can only see him in one kind of role.

abhishek was cooooooolll....i loved him n even bhoomika was cute at her place..n wadrobe was fabulous..both of abhishek n bhoomika...especially in de song dil me jo baat hai..o god tht blue n pink outfit of bhoomika was mind blowin..but i dnt understand wht Vijay Raaz was doing in the movie......sumbody pls tel him tht he is not required....he thinks he is sumthin but he is nothin....it at times took me 5 mins 2 think tht whos de hero of de movie Abhishek or tht stupid Vijay Raaz who keeps on appearin after every single scene tho he is not wanted...director has tried 2 put sum kinda comic in de movie...but sorry 2 say mr.director ur effort in tht case has not bored n e fruits..instead it has created a negative image on the movie..now i understand y de movie is named run..cos after havin a look on de scenes of Vijay Raaz n e 1 wud like 2 run out of the theatre..
bottom of de line:if at al u r watchin de movie jus watch 4 abhishek n bhoomika(hav a look on their wardrobes)or else b ready 2 get frustrated..ya 1 more advice if possible keep ur tv volume mute whnever u watch de movie n jus look at abhi n bhoomika or else by de end of de movie u wil start snatchin ur hair off ur head..
