Beleive for me the feeling iz same Coz when first time I seen KHKN I feel it comes from the heart of a Director, n as far as SRK is concerned he iz totally new at that time but his facial expression, antics, emotions, freshness, charm win the heart of Mine. At that time he is not a superstar but from this film onwards I m eagerly wait & watch every film of Shahrukh n find his qualities of a good Actor upgrowing actor. The writter say very true u find KHKN Shahrukh in every film something u find similar with KHKN. I scene this film countless n specially Last scene in the church.

You picked the words straight from my mind..
after the Ki..ki... kiran almost every word has become like that.. or may be it is way of delivering the dialogue.. when he does a emotional role he is just AWFUL to say the least.
I totally agree with the columnist here. I sinceely believe it is his best performance till date. He is so untouched in this film as compared to his others so called successful films. What set this film apart was the way he emoted unabashedly. There was not a single scene where I felt that he was faking it. The emotions seem to be coming straight from the heart. He is not conscious at all in this film. i just hope he reverts back to his old style of acting.
srk is a big flop and he irriates with his same old acting style. khnh was a movie of saif ali khan. why always talking good about him? without any reason
I am a fan of Shahrukh, but that does not mean I like all the films he does. The best film I think he has done till date is "Kabhie Haan Kabhie Naa". Sometimes I wonder what it is about that movie that makes me sit up and want to watch it again and again, even after all these years? I think it has so many qualities that you can identify with in your day-to-day life. Failing in exams, the shame of lying, the embarrassment of owning up your shortcomings, losing the one person you love .... This is everyday life!
So what if khkn was a flop! What we are talking about here is Shah Rukh Khan's acting. Regardless of the success /failure of the film - this was shah rukh khan's best performance ever! The last time i watched this film was probably 5-6 years ago but, i can still vividly remember every little scene from the movie - it is unforgetable. Whatever srk is today is due to his hard work and commitment - he is not overhyped! Never mind class movies like rangeela and jaane bhi do yaaro, srk is a class in himself!
Watch Kal Ho Na Ho....Then watch Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa (if u haven't seen it). Watch Shah Rukh closely in both the films. When I saw Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, I empathized with SRK and when I saw Kal Ho, I only sympathized with the King Khan. I wondered then if SRK had lost his magic...But then the answer was that the direction held the key. The writer rightly points out Khan hadn't established an image then. The story of a simple boy was liked by lots of ppl. Unlike the regular movies, there is not much glamour attached to the movie.Khan moves around in a round neck tshirt,Suchitra K has a simple plain Jane look. Iam a kind of guy who usually doesn't like movies with a heavy dose of emotions. But this one was different. The other senti movie I liked was Anil Kapoor's Saaheb. My favourite scene in KHKN : When SRK fakes to his father that he has cleared the exam , therez a party in his honor. And right at the middle of the party,he speaks the truth out.Men with a true heart can only do that. Naseerudin Shah was wasted in the movie. Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa is a simple movie that touches ur heart. The best time to watch it is when you are lonely.I bet you will weep like a child:)

arre yaar you watch Anand you will sympathise with Rajesh khanna. you see masoom you will sympathise with jugal hansraj like wise you see any senti movie you will sympathise with the protagonist which is common what we are talking about it is if SRK's/ protagonists acting made you sympathise or what ?
also to sukanya ,
if you say KHKN is a flop pls check your basics. if in india u ask any common man which is the SRK movie they like the most ( acting wise ) it has to be KHKN also it won the critics award in the filmfare that year & for me critics award are the real testimony of the good movie or acting skills. the main awards are given to the box office hit ones irrespective of what the content is.
