Kamal has been one Einstein or Ramanujan of Indian cinema. this is clear from the fact that most of the messages that he tries to convey through his serious movies is not understandable to his contemporaries. And also the subtle change he takes in doing a breather of a comedy cools his knees and lightens fans hearts. He is one great or a prodigy of Indian cinema who has spent a lifetime in acting and furthering the cause of Tamil and eventually Indian cinema. He is simply one of the respectable personality in Indian cinema dominated by Bollywood machomen with no great credits to their names except for a few flicks ot theirs and the reeach of Hindi cinema.
Kamal has proved what a dedicated person can do in any field or profession he is into maybe however and obscure it maybe. he looks for inspiration, motivation, satisfaction and entertainment in the profession he is in. his quest for perfection has helped him reach this height and he will for sure make further inroads for the best of cinema. these are the few likeable and adoptable character of his to me and most of his other fans.
Kamal was, is and will be a shinig star in the realm of indian cinema and light up our hearts.
Hi all, I agree with all of you that Kamal is a legend. But why on the earth is he acting in a remake movie. Is tamil movie industry running out of story or he wants a well worked story line. At this stage, he doesn't deserve to work in a remake. We always blame our film industry for copying other stuff. If actor of Kamal caliber can't stop that, why is he a legend? Well, just a thought! Offcourse he is one of the greatest actor we have around and his league could be Om Puri or Naseeruddeen Shah, but offcourse not Shahrukh. But still the truth is that Shahrukh had been one of the most bankable star since decade. And he delivers! We should appreciate the good thing and shouldn't be blind supporter. No one is God here.
