My husband and I are huge fans of the movies and the books and so when the third installment came out we were there on opening night. We were disappointed when we left the theatre because they rushed through the movie, they hashed the movie and redoing the entire set was wrong. When was Hagrid's hut off school grounds? Or when was the whomping willow off school grounds? They could have explained a few things but they left you hanging and wondering when we were going to hear them. Crookshanks pushed the knot on the tree to get it to stop and it wasn't Lupin making it immobile, nor did Snape follow him in. He saw the map laying on Lupin's desk. We weren't the only one's to be disappointed in the movie. We have some friends that said they didn't really come out feeling excited about it or couldn't wait for the next film. Even family members were disappointed in it. We sure hope that the next movie will be better.
