Couldn't agree more
by cheez_m on Feb 28, 2004 06:10 AM

I never understood how come KKKG got such a good response. It was the worst movie I have ever seen. Now these people are talking in crores. Forget about the movies, even those "chhutta-putta" serials are based of as everyone belongs to Bill Gates' family. Where do you see such families? I think this all is meant for those Gujarati/Punjabi NRIs. These productions should learn from Ram Gopal Verma, Nagesh Kukunoor and guys who made waise bhi hota hai sort of.

I dunno if my comments will make it but you have to remember that all these movies involve inbred Panjus who control Bollywood.

Bull's eye!

Hi Vaibhav, I totally and completely agree with you about the torture meted out to the Indians in the form of these dumb hindi movies. I personally am sick of the karan johar-yash chopra brigade and hope that some day the audience will start seeing them for the frauds they are. I think Bollywood is one of the worst film industries in the world with overrated underperforming stars and a star-crazy indian-english media which frets and fawns over these losers.

Ash was superb in Devdas!
by Hassaan on Feb 27, 2004 03:26 PM

Ok! I Agree Devdas was not suitable for the Oscars, yet Ash was brilliant and no doubt proved her versatality once again and as for the other points: Definitely Devdas was a peice of artifice life that we think once existed!

bang on , vaibhav !!!!
by salil on Feb 27, 2004 01:29 PM

this one was spot on , just wht i always felt abt...
i have slowly grown to dislike the commercial sewage tht bollywood is dishing out.... sick n tired of SRK making a mockery of himself in the self-same fashion .done with the "beginning-mid-end" storylines and commercially viable endings.... time for sumthing new..... different...... Teen Deewarein was amaaaazing........ Waisa Bhi Hota hai.. too..
but we r so desperate to be mentally paralysed tht these things dont count....
