hrithik truly deserved the award. it must have stopped all the waggering tongues who said that he was a 1 film phenomenon.i wish hrithik all the best in his life and may he sweep all the awards every year like this one. and kareena needs a special mention.she has really matured a lot. earlier she used 2 say bad things bout madhuri(a legend). but as she stopped that she is gettin better. she learnt. i always liked her but 4 those words against madhuri.anyway i wish her all the luck in her life and hope she dosent talk bout madhuri like that in future.
Salman Khan was robbed of an award for Tere Naam. Even the music of Tere Naam wasa hundred times better than Kal Ho Na Ho. Filmfare always sides with the Johar camp.
I sure do agree that the Khans jokes were vulgar. But Sharukh sounds even more vulgar. He is capable of blowing his own trumphet no matter where he is . He has tendency to overact and overdo things very often.
Your correspondent has managed a rare feat. He/she has managed to reported at length about the Filmfare Awards night without even mentioning the most sensational point, that Hrithik Roshan, for the first time ever in the history of the awards, has won both the Critics and the Best Actor awards for the SAME performance, which is surely a unique compliment to him and to the film. Marvellous.
And he/she should be informed that Abhishek Bachchan was not "to be engaged to Karisma", he WAS engaged to her, and the engagement was broken off 3 or 4 months later.
Why don't you use someone for such coverage who actually knows something about the Hindi film industry, and notices at least the most important happenings on stage?
