great story
by shoeb on Mar 23, 2006 06:21 PM

well i totally agree with you on your toughts about some of the greatest actors of indian cinema, naseeruddin shah, om puri etc have been the most under rated actors of the industry, Mr bachan and dilip kumar have gotten the lime light but still they have been exceptionally good. sanjiv kumar very small career spam but great versitality. anupam kheer, anil kapoor, amir khan and urmila are very good too. well about shah rukh khan , he is my fav today but to be quite honest i dont think he is a great actor very very repetitive. nothing new about him. so after reading your article i really liked the fact that there are people in the world who really see acting rather than glamour, good luck with your journey

Big B
by sanjay on Feb 15, 2004 12:30 PM

Dependable actors from 1 to 10 is only
Big B.No 1 else before him & no 1 after him
can come near his grace, acting, voice personality.
What else u want in an actor.
Shah rukh khan always Hams.People never seec the charcter he is playing ,it always seem that it is shahrukh khan Hamming, even in a file like Ashoka .In the entire film it never looked likeu r viewing Ashoks only shahrukh khan.

versatality????
by Sting on Feb 10, 2004 06:14 PM

The whole list is devoid of one true thing-that being versatality..ofcourse exceptions like dilip saab,ab can be made.but what bout superb actors like mohanlal, kamalhassan, mammooty etc.cmon take a look at these actors and one will understand.mohanlal is amoungst the best in the world....no one needs to say anything bout kamal..he is simply the professionals professional.and mammooty is also another versatile actor who has proved it beyond doubt...

A letter to Madhuri - MADHURI! MADHURI! MADHURI! (cotd)
by MDFAN on Feb 09, 2004 10:01 PM

LA DIXIT,

But your fans do not want another AARZOO (the only movie you sucked in) from you....when the Urmilas and Aishwaryas and Ranis and Preitys can win prestigious projects, why can't an experienced, ethereal performer like you win the best of the best....please choose the Astitvas, Khamoshis, Tehzeebs, and not Aarzoos or HAHKs or DTPHS.....we know that you can suit ANY ROLE and can DAZZLE us FOREVER!

Thus, please make wise choice while selecting movies and deliver knock-out performances all the time (not that we have any doubt that you will excel!)...forget these bogus Film'fake' awards and Zee awards, aim for the highest - aim for the NATIONAL AWARDS....and WIN AT LEAST 2 in your second innings!

Come back Madz - we love you DIVA!
