It has been always a bad habit for most of the politicians in India to earn a name and be in news by raising unnecessary & unwanted issues which they themselves don't practice in their daily life.A film maker like Kamal has the privilege to name his own film like the way a man has the right to name his son/daugher as per his wish. Why Mr.Ramadas keeps mum when it comes to raising the issue of "Tamil Names" to "SUN TV" as "Sooriyan TV" or "Kadhiravan TV".His son Mr.Anbumani still speaks in English only in Government functions even in Tamilnadu.Let me challenge these two politicians (& Thirumaavalavan too) about their knowledge in Tamil language. They can't stand anywhere near to Kamal Haasan. We needn't have to trouble genuine people like Kamal whose desire is to produce world class movies in Tamil. My humble request to Mr.Ramadas, Mr.Anbumani and Mr.Thirumaavalavan is, "please, please concentrate on productive issues for the welfare of people in Tamilnadu instead of aiming for cheap publicity".Also, these self claimed saviours of Tamil language should know the maxim "Charity begins at home" before poking their nose in other's personal/individual liberty.
Instead of naming the film of tamil make as mumbai express, it can be changed as mumbai viraivu vandi or chennai express. This will be a small change, but it helps to avoid disturbance or utterances.
Kamal hassan is my Favorite actor he always dedicated toward work he is also a Versatile actor he can play any role. his performance in Hey Raam is Tremendous May your film be another successful one Best of luck.
im not satisfied with the heroien...manisha.. it looks c became 2 old to act(as a lead heroine). Kamal should have noticed this.. ne wya..im happy to c the hassan again..
Good to hear that Kamal Hassan is making a biligual. But I really dont understand what is the problem with these Tamil guys?? Why do they consider other languages to be inferior. Whats the problem in having a English title after all? Why the hell they think that Tamil is the best language in the world? Had anybody given that statud to Tamil??? Everybody understand English and a film which is set in Mumbai, has to have a title of this kind!!

It is not the problem with the Tamil Guys. It is not wise to consider such politically motivated moves in generalizing the motives of a larger section of people. The right thing to do in tackling these political interferences is to ignore them. It is only the Media which has to do first.
i think puthiya thamilagam is unnecessarily making some issues to have public attention. it'll be good if the party impresses people by doing some good things. they should encourage good film makers.
Kamal Haasan is the only great actor capable to handle all functions needed for a cinema production. Even if he is a great Indian actor he is born Tamilian. He will not make any attempt to let down Tamils. Still why certain people make hue and cry about the names he likes for his films. Either those people have any evil intention or try to misguide poor Tamil cinema viewers. Majority Tamils will ignore these trouble makers.
