It's such a shame to show some scenes which bring bad image to relations. Mira nair seems to have -ve thinking about the society and relations. It is sick to see ugly relationships in films. There are large numbers around the world to fingure print any dark spot in Indian society. Mira is a director of small things in life. Not a techie worth giving a thought directing Harry potter.

Nair's Vanity Fair received mixed reviews in the US, but the director still hopes to get an Oscar nod. With mixed reviews why should Nair expect an Oscar Nod ? As for rejecting Harry Potter that was the most stupid decision. More audiences worldwide would watch Harry Potter than Vanity Fair. It is a copout on her part perhaps for fear of failure on such a big project. She should reconsider.
