Couldnt control myself sharing my personal views on Phir Milenge...Never did it before!
I personally feel that the movie is at its creative zenith & puts u into the shoes of Tamanna Sahni... A woman who is head strong, confident & still senstive to the core. Most importantly, am happy to see that Ad/PR guys are finally shown in a positive frame & not just with khadi kurtas & smoke in hand :-)
I dont think dealing a social cause always needs to be a documentary. Why can't educated people like you & me talk about the subject in subtle manner. U dont always need steamy scenes & skimpily clad women to talk abt the subject of AIDS...god forbids, but it can affect even a housewife donating blood... So guys please grow up & if you want to be modern, please feel it from within & not just by outer appearance & slangs... Lets Congratulate Revathy for such a sensitive & close to heart piece of art! :-)
i had tears in my eyes by the end of the film, and the atmosphere in the theatre only made it more so emotional......most of the audience sounded a sincere round of applause at the end of the film. Kudos to the entire team of Phir Millenge. What i liked most about the film is that the characterisation of Tamanna....at no point has she been shown to be at the mercy of anyone/disease. It must have been difficult for the director to do this...but great job done!!!!. it s a beautiful film, just like Mitr....Revathy is a very sensitive and 'real' diretor and i am already looking forward to her forthcoming projects!!!......sincerely hope she is working on some already.....
