i akshay i'm 22 years old guy from punjab.i've always been facinated to the world of martialarts.but i could never learn .as u know very well we don't find instructers with proper knowledge.but i'm deeply determined to learn martialarts.so could u pleeeez tell me where i can learn martial arts in india.i saw an episode of urs in which u introduced a kung-fu expert who has trained in shaolin.can u pleeez help me i contacting.if u canh pleeez help me.my only desire in life is to become a good martial artist.i'm, sure u r not gona disapoint people like me as u have urself been in same stage sometime ago in life. thank you parminder singh ludhiana.

HI,AKSHAY i am shruti here.i just saw an episode on xtra matial arts in the discovery channel.i have alson seen "the seven deadly arms" on the national geographic and i found it really interesting.i am 18 years old and i am doing engineering in sndt.for years i have been having this burning desire to learn martial arts,iam not sure if there are any in mumbai.the most interesting thing i found about martial arts is that it is not about attacking or killing someone. it is about making yourself strong,that its about focussing your energies,having control over the mind,being disciplined.its the control of mind over body.i just read in your article about a 78 year old man learning martial arts and i regained my belief that i too can learn martial arts. i thought that for learning martial arts one should start from a young age ,is that true?my one friend told me that she had learned martial arts when she eas young and that she had a very flexible body then and that she was the best in the class. she left it after some years.i told her that i was really interested in it,and she laughed at me saying that you have to be trained when you are young as then your body is flexible.even my mom at
