Is this insanity or insanity ?
by Dilip on Apr 27, 2004 11:57 PM

Till date I havent come across any article from Sukanya which has either entertainment value or information value. Just as she says , that one needs the right skills even to a make a masala movie, likewise, one needs the right set of writing skills to comment on them too. Sukanya needs to understand that sites like Rediff are meant for infotainment. If she persists with this style of writing, she is only insulting the reader's intelligence. Sorry for being rude, but I/we readers have tolerated this for years and we sincerely want Rediff to be a site of value. Hope this is construed as a constructive criticism.

Dear Sukanyaji,

I am very cracy about movies, seen lot of movies old and new but always liked shroffji and devgan bhai they both are supereb not to mention sharukji and someone new oberoi junior. Most of the time I have seen movies from which i could learn something from it. Amitabh ji still he stand and can be paid crores just for that. On female front I liked movies like Sirf tum, Tum bin, Muskan, Munnabhai M.B.B.S. the character played by Priya Gill, Sandali Sinha and Gracy Singh is ultimate.

movie pages over rediff!
by r on Apr 22, 2004 04:55 PM

seems rediff is lacking good masala over cinema and thats why every now and then readers have to come across low quality articles like thisone "whats life without masala". Is there any head and tail of this article? sorry for being rude but there should be some sense in writing even if its written over cinema which is not taken as cheap area anymore.it requires good grip over the area. hope rediff understands the importance of good writing.perhaps rediff needs author like Dinesh Raheja who has filled rediff pages with good writing and even prem panikar was good.Sukanya ji please take some time while selecting topics in cine world and do goo research. good wishes
