Karishmas marriage
by Rajendra Shenoy on Oct 02, 2003 08:51 PM

Please stop giving so much importance to karishma's marriage. What is big thing in it. Everyone will get married one or other day. Please stop this in future. Give importance to Indian Hockey team for winning the Asia Cup and visiting Jugraj in hospital after coming back.

Wedding - A Private Affair or Public Compulsion?
by Mikkilineni on Oct 02, 2003 07:02 AM

Journalism has gone to docks, with unnecessary extensive coverage on somebody's wedding. A wedding is supposed to be a complete private affair. What is its contribution to humanity or national up-liftment. 'Rediff' needs to pur its priorities straight.

Karishma's Wedding.

I am surprised that you did not mention the Kapoor Cottage as being their "ancestral home" as some others have termed it. Having once seen Karishma in a restaurant at age 4yrs sporting an adult hair-style and make-up and firing a toy machine-gun a la Patty Hearst, I would never have thought of the whole country being interested in her wedding. Of all the dishes being raved about there was not a single "ancestral" one.

karishma weds ...
by sudarshan on Sep 30, 2003 02:30 PM

but you forgot to mention
(a) whether gulab jamuns were served in the wedding feast
(b) manish malhotra dressed the bridesmaids - but who dressed up the gulab jamuns so that they could look good?
(c) how many gulab jamuns did babita eat ?
(d) did she enjoy the last one the most?

all this, is of course, assuming that gulab jamuns were served. until ur site supplies this critical bit of information, readers like me are left in the dark ...
sincerely yours

Karishma Marriage

Congrats to Karishma on her wedding !

I hope rediff should continue publishing this type of articles as well. why only politics? here people are more concerned about politics which is available in every news.
Karishma has given a lot to the indian film industry, she represented india as an actress, she has given good hits and changed the life style of many india girls. Her dressing sensation is like international standards, her choosy colours of dresses that she wares, has anybody noticed.
we should be proud of her as a modern indian actress.

luv u rediff...
