Karisma's wedding

Dont you guys have anything better to report? It appears to be a national event! You are glorifying an event with the following highlights:
A girl gets engaged and promptly breaks it up.
A married guy divorces his wife. That girl and this guy, true to the wishes to their parents, decide to get married immediately! What a joke!
It is really what you cannot glorify as a traditional Indian situation, and I dont think it needs to be reported on a daily basis.

Well, Mr Srinath People like me and Sriram comment on these articles is only because this is the only medium for us where We can INFORM/TELL ,sites and sources of media like, Rediff to STOP coming out with CRAP LIKE THIS!!! even if they want to, plz make it in gossip section rather than making it a HEADLINE!! Our Country has far more IMPORTANT/DREADFUL/LEARNING NEWS to Give than just a mere STUPID WEDDING CEREMONY NEWS OF A MOVIE STAR!!

Dont you have anything better to write ? How significant is this marriage to the progress and growth of India ? Does it make any difference if Karisma gets married or Neetu Singh gets married ? If there is nothing to be written, why not stop this web site ?

I do not care if she fainted or not. And what's with 'ongoing coverage'. Dude, why dont u all resign from rediff and go join Bombay Times? We dont care man, dont u get it. Thousands of people in India faint cos of sun strokes, hunger, etc. go do a coverage on that.

the fact that people comment on such article is testimony to the fact that such articles sell & journalists in india will write what sells..
