Wannabe second-hand firangs find it embarassing to be Indian. They think it is evolved to dwell in sensory existance like animals (like most of the firangs do). Hence the bakwas scripts that make the first generation desis in the US look bad. It reflects on the fact that they are personally uncomfortable with who they are. What is the big deal if desis do not want to look firang. Does that become a criteria for ridicule?
The average firang is a victim of the media and hollywood. Desis have been taught to look beyond the superflous and limited sensory existance.
Boycotting this movie should send a message to directors like Benny Matthews to stop making such useless movies. Rather he should make movies reflecting how we are more evloved than them and have better values for existance.
