no doubt khalnayak gave sanjay dutt his second award for actor in negative role.but it still could have been better.it promises much in beggining but fades away.specially some dialoges of sanjay dutt with madhuri could be shoredup.they could have been beefed up by gangster dialoge rather than drunkerds dialoges.in all its a really good movie. ashwath desai
this is the effect of public relations from subhash ghai working in rediff. how stupid can a person be to classify khalnayak as a class movies and compare it with the likes of Damini.
the credibility of your portal site suffers when you write such absurd articles. ajay
No one calls him "Khalnayak". He declares himself that and tries to get sympathy. It looked like a Raj Kapoor "Awaara" where no one calls him that, but he calls himself and tries to get sympathy.
If not for the "choli ke peeche" song for which Ghai managed cheap publicity. the film would have gone down the drain, just like that.
In an article remembering Khalnayak, its probably a dumb thing to forget Laximkant-Pyarelals music, probably the main reason why that film was a moderate success.
