That only proves Surendra Shetty's involvement in the alleged Extortion case. He should be tried as per the law and should not be given any undue privelege of being father of Shilpa Shetty.
I think Mr .shetty should help the police and should should have shown atleast a little faith in our judiciary system instead fo running here and there.If he think that he is being charged or framed by rivals ,then hwe should prove becose running from the eyes of people/judiaciary system does not make his stand clear and on the contrary it gives doubtful thinking in the mind of people.Miss Shipla Shetty should make her father understand that running makes nothing.Just Prove it if u r innocent.........right.Mr.shetty
It is indeed surprising that individuals have to resort to taking help from underworld men to settle financial disputes. In case of Shipla Shetty's Father, The people who have to pay the dues as alleged are scott free and the people to whom the money is owed are now facing the hands of law. Can't the our Legal System help in a better way to resolve the matter ?
It is no great surprise. Influential people and politicians make a mockery of the criminal justice and law enforcement system in India, as a matter of routine. And one small thing; your report says Shettys asked to be paid their "dues"- it looks more like extortion than recovery of genuine dues
If Mr. Suresndra Shetty is innocent, then, why is he running away from the police and hiding? He should help the police and the judiciary to prove that he is being framed by the people who owe him money. Where is Shilpa now? What does she say about her father's hide and seek game? Of late the media people have been reporting whatever information available to them. But, Shilpa wants that if it is a news about her family, then, it should not be reported at all. Let the ourt decide if they are innocent. I request Shipa to ask her father to surrender and help the system.
