The underworld moves are very swift. The cops have to outmanoeuvre them more swiftly. Instead of going to the press, they must arrest the culprits with lightening speed and produce them to the magistrates. Let the magistrate decide. Cops sometimes get too busy with the media in proving their khakhi and its polish. In the melee the culprits succeed in slipping out of their hands. Khakhi can do wonderful things if they stay away from politicians and the media.
using underworld people to extort money in any reason is a crime and hence since its a serious offence of promoting more such incidents i feel sheety has to be dealt really hard...he could have solved the dues through court...but not thro, undercourt...
These people are ruthless. The Surat guy had the teremity to approach the police. Normal people succumb to these abnormal demands and pay up without approaching the Police. Some police are even worse than these underworld guys !
