Well even if it was a copy i dont c y the Supreme court shoud have done that. When the so called creators,thinkers were able to copy many things from indians. It's not been long since these fellows patented Basmati, Imli, Haldi and lot more , u guys will be surprised to notice ROTI in that pending patents list.
Where do we have original stories..?? All the soaps being aired now invariably have extra marital affairs, deaths etc very common in the stories.. Let us only hope "Karishma" doesn't fall into the category...
Imagine, in the name of mega serial, we are shown the death of a character is shown for few weeks together in the name of reality. Crap!!!
Its time that the producers, authorities reloked into whats being aired and healthy, entertaining stories are accepted for telecast...
Bollywood has been doing it for years and years now, and it's about time they are taught a lesson. I am sick and tired of watching Bollywood movies and dramas which seem to have no originality at all, but are warped up desi-fied versions of English movies / books. Every other day, you see a "Mujhse Dosti Karoge aka The truth about Cats & Dogs", "Mere Yaar Ki Shadi hai aka My Best friend's wedding", "Kuch To hai aka combination of I know what you did last summer + I still know + Urban Legend etc...", and many many more. Even Jism & Chura Liya hai Tumne are direct copies of English flicks. In fact, I think we are totally deprived of quality work such as Lamhe, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota hai, Lagaan et all. I hope Bollywood directors / producers wakes up and start looking for original & quality scripts. That's where lies the redemption for the whole industry.
well.. alls well thats ends well.. this will go on for sometime and then some smart fellow can make a serial on this.. hopefully there wont be any copyright probs for that..or will there be?
