First let the Parrikar Govt. in Goa provide good power supply (some of the cables are 25 years old and are become brittle), water supply (pipe lines break every 2 days), good telecommunication (telephoned go dead almost everyday) and good transport system (late night i.e atleast upto 11 p.m.)
this news comes as no surprise to me since goa has always been a happening place to b whether for ne parties or events or even for a plain family holiday! it'll also add to our state income probably, but the thing that worries me is the infrastructure required...till now goa doesn't even hv a standard movie theatre and talks r on for it being a permanent venue for a film fest...
