anu ji says that by wearing kurta pyjamas and working at nights , he might get work , but i seriously think that he should not do so , as he himself has said that "why cant we be original" . better off copying music ,than copying others mannerisms .

Anu is the best....
by Sunny Joseph on Jun 03, 2003 03:16 AM

Anu has always had to prove his worth. Its become a fashion statement to run him down. How many current composers have his range of repertoire. All his albums have a strong melody base.
To be fair he has rehased some tunes. Who hasn't? He has been so prolific that some tunes have had a hangover of earlier works. Let's not forget that he has given some stupendous scores like Refugee, Asoka, Fiza,Yadeein, Aks. etc .
Keep up the good work, Anu!

Sunny

Talk about egotistic.
by Tori on Jun 03, 2003 02:45 AM

I personally feel that Mr.Malik is a such humbug and a Uriah Heep(all that 'umbleness really jars). He ought to think more of composing songs that are original and not so screechy that you want to rush off into the remotest corner of Africa and hide, rather than thinking about Whitney Houston. Whitney Houston, for damn's sake. Man, that's some ego he's got there...

Dear Anu

You lifted music for Khushi, the original composed by Mani Sharma in Telugu. Did you acknowledge? Why are you talking about original music.

Sri
