It makes me feel sad and nostalgic. Johnny was a great comedian with a style of his own. His songs like Tael maalish and Bombai meri jaan.. immediately come to my mind. I can only recollect one movie in which he acted as a hero - "Choo Mantar". But I am sure there are more. May his soul rest in peace.
realy I love Jonny Walker , he and his acting non could have crossed till date, some of these new commer are demonstrating a carbon copy, yet too faint. gdgbabu.
You were an actor not a comadian and you proved that in Anand. We miss good comedy since your stopped doing films. We still cherish your acting in all your movies and will cherish in future. Actors dont die, they live forever.
Strange we lost one of the doyens of Hindi film's golden era.He I grew up associating Hindi film along with him, mahmood & Omprkash. What a coincidence I also parallely grew up with Bob Hope.Looks the two greats have been summoned up to entertain the Almighty!
In Johnny Bhai's death we have lost perhaps the best comedian so far.In each film his role has been memorable! His role as a drunkard is unforgettable and so also his role with the song "sir jo thera chakaraye----".May his soul rest in peace.
a true and enduring artiste a wonderful human being who matured into a fine insaan.they dont make like them any more.for all the warm and funny moments he gave to all i salute him and deeply regret his passing away.Anyway he will spread goodwill and cheer wherever he has now gone. Alvida
