See there are bigger issues than , just giving importance to a budding actor, Does any one care about stuntboys, doubles etc getting injured/ expired at the time of shooting ? Are any of these or rather any being published?.
This means that the people who are not celebrity/Politicians/Police are of least importance in India.

That is cause Indian press don't have any news except bollywood stars daily activity and fashion shows , there is so many issues where masses are interested but reporters dont have much interest , cause it takes lots of dedication and subject knowledge , which indian reporters obviously are lacking in , so they just give either "sponsered" news ( by company or politician ) or about bollywood.
You guys are a little slow in refreshing your news. This news about Vivek Oberoi's surgery is a matter of national importance. Better, it is a matter of life and death to the miserable citizens of India. So I would suggest you put an hourly or a half-hourly update on the progress of 'His' surgery. Also post some interviews of the doctors who performed surgery on him and please do post the timings when his majesty is supposed to be taking the medicines. That way if he forgets to take a course, the whole nation can remind him. After all his leg is in trouble. One of the four pillars (read legs) of the nation is in trouble.
I am amazed at the consistency and the perseverance with which rediff.com dishes out nonsense to its readers. You guys have taken this national obsession with Film Stars, Cricketers and elitists to a new shameless height.
God Save India and Indians from such news coverage.
