i'm not a movie watcher, but i enjoy trivia and read every rediff article on recent movies.. i recently read anita bora's excellent review on Market but on reading the article 'on manners and manisha', i got confused.. does kabir bedi play the sheikh (according to anita) or Toni something? also, when the director taled abt the ameena incident, i don't think he was refering to a nigerian woman whose case has nothing to do with the movie as much as the case of the child Ameena who was married off to an arab sheikh and rescued off the plane taking her to her doom by a gutsy airhostess.
Every body have different reason for coming late. But you know this is bollywood.. If you come early and work hard no body will write about you but if you are late for 2 hour (just two hours) every magazine, website will report about you. (What a unity for publicity)...
kamakshi ure perfectly right they just need a reason to point at manisha...............she's no such harm but i wonder why theyre after her....well they need someone u see they can pick up on...

She is a very good actress and is daring to do something different from running around the trees. So give a her a credit for that!
Why is your attck ONLY on Manisha? Don't you know Govinda too comes upto 6 hours late and there are many other actors who come more than 3 or4 hours late? Sharukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Aishwariya Rai...soo many of them!!No doubt I respect Manisha's talent-I feel she has the touch of Meena Kumari. Are you out of stories to write OR have you been bribed to write all the bad you can about Manisha- just bec. she stood-up for her self (Ek Chootisi...)and made a mistake only bec. her self esteem was at stake?? Any one in her place would have gone to ANY Extent to save her self respect...

The article on "Manisha and manners" is extremely biting, and is vulgar, to pick up such trivial issues of her comin late to the sets and make an article out of it! Afterall, u did agree that she is s good actress, during the course of ur "personal"article. Journalism should not be so very trivialised, that the other fellow journalists also get a bad name for people precisely like you!Don,t forget , manisha has landed herself in various other movies, owing to the controversy, IT IS HER TALENTS, THAT HAS HELPED,AND YOU, RONJITA LUKARNI SHOULD REALISE THIS FOR UR OWN CAREER GROWTH!Good luck
