Can't believe that in the times when movies like Lagaan, Dil Chahta Hai, Chandni Bar, Kaun, Company are being released, crap like Khushi gets released too. What's worse is non-actresses like Kareena seem to get roles in movies. Kushi is crap and should have been called Sadness or Egotistical moron or any such name which will give the viewer an idea of what to expect. Really really rotton move.

Hi, I saw both the Tamil & Hindi version of KUSHI. If U have seen the tamil version, I promise u that u could have felt really bad for Surya(Director) For taking Kareena Kapoor in the flim. She doesnot kow the basics of acting. The flim in Tamil acted by vijay and jyothika was simply superb with full of youth, maybe for guys like me kareena looked like old and she is the one who was the reason for the flop of the movie. If any of u get a chance to watch KUSHI in tamil dont miss it, see the flim and the music was too good. Take Care, Suresh.N
Was just going through reactions of rediff readers on Khushi review. It has certianly recieved a strong response from them which is a good sign for any writer! But sadly, very few of them are actually able to understand the subtle humour with which Anita has reviewed the film. Some actually criticised her for `pathetic' sense of humour and her attamept at breaking the standard pattern of film review is not understood, forget being apprecaited. Some readers actually say they coudl not amke out if she was critising the film or praising it,now,that shows for immaturity of readers and to think, that they are reviewing her reviews! The fact is that Bora has really done a fairly decent job and I hope she continues doing so...
This is a remake of Telugu superhit with the same title "Kushi" and you NorthIndians should see the movie the way it was made. Fadeen and Kareena(unbeleivable overaction) are no match to PawanKalyan and cutie Bhumika Chawla. I suggest Hindi Filmmakers to present movies in a realistic way(ala S.Indian movies)so that they appeal to masses.
