He! you people don't know that chiranjeevi belong to telugu film industry. then you have no right to write about telugu film industry. you people send the icon of telugu film industry chiranjeevi to tamil industry.
What is this ...? such a big mistake .......Oh! god
When you publish an article, I feel its important the author be well aware and knowlegeble about the central person/issue dealt in the article. Such mistakes are consistently noticeble in this section. Its a shame on a site like to Rediff to publish such gross mistakes. For people sitting way up in North it may all seem same to call Chiru as Telugu/Tamil Actor. Believe me it really hurts for people in South when you mistake identities, especially for a person like Chiru for sure.
First of all, I would like the writer of the article on CHIRANJEEVI to know that "CHIRU"-as he is fondly called is not a TAMIL actor but TELUGU superstar. It is not uncommon where we found many a time, that even great poets like TENALI RAMAKRISHNA were regarded as a TAMILIAN while he is from a place called TENALI which is very much a part of ANDHRA PRADESH and he was a TELUGU poet and is one of NAVRATNAS in erstwhile VIAJAYANAGARA empire which is now in KARNATAKA.
Tenali Ramakrishna is renamed as TENALI RAMAN by today's writers to sound like a TAMIL name.
Surprisingly, Historians from the WEST interpret our history correctly. It is unfortunate that we in India can not even interpret the historical facts correctly and mislead the public causing confusion. My humble request to every writer, historian to recognise that there are fiur states in SOUTH INDIA which speak different languages and terms such as MADRASI- does not necessarily mean he is from Madras or a TAMILIAN.
I feel Rediff posts the articles with out checking properly.FYI, if Rediff dont know chiranjeevi is a telugu actor but not tamil actor.I hope Redif would not make such blunders again..
