its time that media gives him his due, inspite of taking hrithik to the cleaners it was the media who was talking about hrithik's (non) performance in Main prem ki deeewani hoon ,but the saving grace of the movie is relegated to the sidelines after watching ET-Hindi version (koi mil gaya - for mortals like you ) it sealed one question forever hrithik's magic will only run with his father after all his hits are with him MSAMD ok the movie is a drag but ab jr is once agin the saving grace of the movie on acting talents he is better than hrithik ok hrithik might lead him in looks and dance (thats what he is good at ) its time that critics and journalist to stop comapring abhi with his father cant u give him a breathing space and first and foremost stop licking hrithik roshans butt Abhishek bacchan will be the one who will be standing end of the day if u look ten years down the line hrithik just like the stupid freek called jadoo (an apology for 3d effects) will become an alien to both the people as well
I certainly do agree with the review. The movie cartainly disappoints in areas of script, story and screenplay falling short of expectations. The humour is completely farce & falls flat. The only exception being Lara Dutta who still retains the charm & fits the bill. Better luck next time to Abhishek !!
movie ticket...... Rs. 150 pop corn.......... Rs. 50 (actually leave the popcorn, they were the only good part of the film) Time charges...... Rs. 150 ( billed at Rs. 50 per hour, total 3 hrs.) no bouncing cheques, only cash... (yes it was that bad)
Mr.lezz has all his facts wrong.i feel and im sure the majority of us too feel it makes more sense to compare Ahi and his movies with hrithik or any other newcomer then with Amitabh Bachchan or Amir Khan so to say.dont u feel so?coming to ur questions.Fiza was a dud at the BO and im sure u r also aware of that.it was so bad that ppl actually damaged cinemas in punjab.it was karisma who won the awards and praises for that role n not Hrithik.the good thing about yaadein was the music or actually the advertisments in it of pass pass supari,hero honda,coca cola(did i miss out any?).Coming to K3G, c'mom if u have soo many stars like amitabh,srk,jaya,kajol n kareena and a director like karan im sure its not too difficult to attract audiences. he was totally overshadowed or sidelined by so many stars!MPKDH was an irritating movie made by the sooraj brajatya.(wat was he thinking while making it??)the saving grace in that movie was Abhishek only,n u know it too im sure.hrithik overacted in it like anything. Sure hrithik will win awards for KMG next year like he did in the past for fiza,mission kashmir, yaadein,aap mujhe lagne lagay,naa tum jaano na hum, mujse dosti karo ge?right???:D
MSAMD was 95% better then KMG!! atleast abhishek bachchan doesnt have to rely on his dad to lauch him or re-launch him like in the case of hrithik roshan who depends on his dad rakesh roshan (KNPH n KMG the only so-called 'hits' of hrithik)
Time and again abhishek has been bombarded by the media and the critics with accusations of being a nonactor or star material even though he has been praised in all the movies he did.For Gods sake give him a break and stop comparing him to his dad who has been in the industry for decades now.wake up,realise that he is only 4-5 years old in bollywood.hrithik roshan who has had only two hits in his career so far (that too home productions)doesnt receive harsh degrading reviews nor is he compared to his dad rakesh roshan for the simple reason that his dad wasnt a good actor nor he possessed qualities of a star.i feel no critic has right to degrade abhishek in the most absurd manner.MSAMD was a REFRESHING,SIMPLE,ORGINAL movie that had its good and bad points but it seems that the critics are unnecessarily highlighting the bad points rather then the good ones.the critics do have a weird psyche! this movie is leagues ahead in terms of performance and direction or in totality then mediocre,unorginal,copied movie like KMG or a C graded movie like Khawish or an irritating movie like MPKDH ,the saving grace there too was ONLY abhishek which were termed as hits.we dont live in fools paradise!
Abhishekh is Fantastic in all the different sequences he has perfromed in "MSAMD". He is brilliant in this movie and he has given all around perfromance in different sequences like Action, Roamance, Emotion etc. The story is totally new and gives new idea how the movie made in Villages should be like Lagaan. After Lagaan, may be "MSAMD" has a very good chance for OSCARS. Forget "KMG" for OSCORS, because nobody cares in US for "MKG" as they all now that "ET" is far bettr than "KMG". "KMG" is only good for poople in INDIA. But "MSAMD" will defenately be accepted everywhere in the world who wants to see the real INDIAN movie made in Village with a new story line.
i have seen MSAMD recentely. acting of whole team is good. but story of film ???? base of film is very weak abhishek & lara done their jobs perfectely. specialy lara doing very great work .songs are well, after all film is so so.
