I hope the concern of so many people regarding your heath will put some sense in him that there is no life without health.It is sad but true that people get sick,unknowingly and there r some who knowingly put their life at risk,just for a habbit.Its never too late for him to stop his chain smoking-the surgery should make him realise that.Hope better sense prevails as no riches will be able to save him.All the best.
