Teja is not a director we can call him a magician. There is nothing in his films but he shows us that some thing is there. This yeh dil is remake of Nuvvu Nenu of Telugu film. The funny thing is that telugu film is copy cat and kichidi of many telugu, hindi films. Ek duje ke liye, Q se Q tak, Bobby. Nothing special about his films.

Thinking that the remake would be as good as the original, but totally disappointed, anita lacks the freshnes of the original movie, tushar was nowhere near to udaykiran, not even in dancing, in acting also
not even 1% of uday, tushar is no good in acting, has
to change if want to survive.Teja totally disappoints
in remake, music is just copy of original tunes, but
original tunes were hummable, but hindi songs cant even
remember any

Yeh Dil

No Matter the film was average but needless to say there were few romantic scenes which were mesmerising and immortal which made the film watchable. The most romantic scenes were when Vasu (Heroine) during the post interval part takes a FALSE promise on herself to convince her mausi, this clip was indeed heart and tear jerking one which showed the intensity of love she had for her lover. Secondly during the song Ek Mein Ek Tu, the hero when milking the cow spray's the milk on the face of Anita (heroine) and if taken positively in the artistic view (PLS) it was an IMMORTAL scene with milk drops on Anita's face. Paisa Vasool. The film was indeed a highly romantic one.

Is this a reviewing or criticising ????
by DrEaMyBoY on Apr 14, 2003 01:15 AM

Well
i watched the movie and seriously didn't think it was that bad as this article writer has mentioned.Of course the audience always wants something different apart from the usual masala but a lot of the indian audience are sentimental and like such type of movies.Don't go on saying that its the same amir ladka - garib ladki type or whatever but u should have at least highlighted the positive aspects of the movie. when u show a person a white paper having a black spot, the person will always point to the black spot.instead take a look at how the newcomer actress has performed. And what about the initial comedy at the college. Even the songs were okok type.the title track, yeh kya ladki,ek mein ek tu..
also some scenes like the one were the heroine jumps off the train and the scene where the proff helps pass on the guy's message to the girl were nice. Also the girls massi also does a good role.
yeah i agree that the parents were like dogs.bow bow grrr..
and also i'm not much a tushhar fan.but anyways an okay movie.watchable atlest once.

the movie was always revolving around the theme but yeah it could have been much trimmed. and please.. the newcomer has done an excellent job.she's just 20.(don't u agree)
