by deepak vora on Jan 15, 2019 03:19 PM

He should be brought back and should collect 10-20 times his dues and punished to ahow and example to others who want to enjoy our hard earned tax payers money and even capital punishments should be given to these.

Mallaya Baghoda should bring back to India from London.
by Ramanarao Kallepally on Jan 06, 2019 04:52 PM

Indeed, this is the responsibility of UPA 1 and 2 during which tenure they have favoured him to get the loans of Rs.9,000 crores from Nationalised banks and run away or escape from India when Modi Govt. came in power in 2014. Why Corrupt Congress is not taking keen interest to bring Baghoda back to India for further investigation. It is clearly shows that what type of Corrupt Congress MPs are in India. Justice may be delayed but cannot be denied. London government himself declared him as fugitive, hence, it has become easier under the judicial system of India to take legal action as per law permits.

SHOW NO MERCY
by chandrashekar nayak on Jan 05, 2019 05:34 PM  | Hide replies

This crook, whom Indian Media admiringly used to refer to as King of Good Times, ran away from India showing no regards for India as a Nation, Indian People, Indian Judiciary. He had merry times so long as his boot lickers were in power. Now, after a prolonged effort of more than 30 months, his deportation to India is inevitable. His property worth Rs 12,500 crores has been confiscated. Govt should show no mercy to him. Last penny due to the Banks should be recovered, Other dues like TDS, Service Tax, Airport dues, Employee PF and other dues should be recovered and if any surplus is there, it should not be returned to him and instead, use it to build toilets for the poor. And... as a punshment for his failed attempt to dupe India and Indians, he should be kept in prison like an ordinary criminal for a minimum of 10 years. All those cheats who try to swindle the nation should learn a lesson from Mallya episode and fall in place. Hats off to Modi Govt for making this happen, which was seemingly impossible just about a year back. Nirav Modi, Mehul Chokshi and sundry cheats have their days numbered. They too will be forced to face the law and cough up the money they have looted.Lets strengthen Modiji's hands to accomplish this objective.

Yes. You said it. He lead Royal life as long as he could & ran away when time came for paying his debts. Several families of King Fischer Air Lines were ruined & a few have even committed suicide. He would have spent 100s of crores on his stay in London & fees for his Lawyers. If he had any good intentions, he would not have disappeared from INdia but would have tried to pay gradually, if not one time. When he did not pay the Salaries of KF Air Lines staff while in India, it was clear that he had criminal intentions. He must be treated like a common criminal even if he clears all his dues. If I kill someone in road accident & offer to pay blood money, the case can not be dropped. It is accepted in few Countries but not in INdia
