Biggest loot is of DA linked pension to govt. servants and Maharaja like perqs. given to govt. servants and politicians. FM is not dare enough to touch anyone of it, may cut expenditure like a pea nut to show his seriousness.
The exercise should be genuine and not for the sake of publicity and passing on to the private companies by way of favours. Public functions, rallys,tape cuttings,inaugural functions of public/private. Real exercise will definitely save a lot of money leading to improved revenue through taxes.
