Hey the NEW scheme is going to be functional both in public and private hospitals, so what's your problem, why focus on the lowest level in a lousy govt hosp...made sick due to corruption and do-nothing functioning of your favorite KHANGRESSI govts over 55-60 years...so please put facts in the right perspective. The Ayshman Bharat will be a boon to 50 crore lower income persons in India, as simple as that.
Majority of schemes are failed by Babus, bringing incumbency factor in election, none of politician cared to bring hire and fire policy to govt. servants who are at fault, as they themselves are afraid of their union and security of job given to them with or without work, plus power to frame under women, SC,ST act etc.,etc., We need drastic reforms to bring accountability or fire the govt. servant to upgrade the system and bringing efficiency.
