Very good decision by SC

Not sure how many times have SC been constructive in saving our society or stopping things which is either destructive or of no benefit to the people as well society on a whole in a broadly way. Builders, Govt. and concerned authority have only played with the rules and destroyed the environment and beauty of every place all in the name of development and providing betterment for the people while actually, it benefits noone in real sense except fill in the coffins of Builders, politicians and Officers. It was high time some body put a full stop on this and who better than SC because the Govt. or Builders would listen to nobody. And the news and media have only been highlighting the affects in terms of money and never destruction of nature. Its a shame that a supreme body like SC has to tell the Govt. and Builders about waste management when the Govt. was supposed to ensure implementation of waste management at all places, every nook and corner of the state and this was to be done 2 decades back when rampant development was taking place, but nobody cares about it. Else our country would surely have been a beautiful place to live in. Same goes with water harvesting too. Permission to any construction be it big or small should only be given if waste management, water harvesting and other critical things are first created. Britishers were so good, compared to our Govt. and politicians. They looted India but build a lot of good things without damaging nature.
