Non accountability is everywhere, are politicians accountable, are govt. servants accountable, are media persons accountable, are judicial system accountable, are voters accountable. Accountable is only tax payers, whatever even loan given to any Kisan, means-waiver later on, similarly to others too. An indisciplined country will be running like this only. Therefore we are great.

REMEDY: * Train the HONEST BANKERS. *"SENIORITY" in Jobs MUST not carry any meaning. * 'DEFAULTS' in loans to be treated as criminal offence to the Bankers & Borrowers, as well. * There M U S T be degrees of punishment at the hands of the BANKERS: a) Whipping in open. b) 2- 20 year jail term. c) CAPITAL PUNISHMENT if the defaults exceeds 100 crores. d) DISTRICT MAGISTRATE & THE BRANCH MANAGER SHOULD BE THE SUPREME AUTHORITY ON ALL DEGREES OF PUNISHMENT. NO PROVISION FOR " APPEAL NUISANCE" in higher courts for BANK DEFAULTS.
