We are a copy cat economy and a new way simply gets rejected because it is a new way; research is allowed to take a back seat, forget applying it. Now we see the results. With salaries in the Govt. sector far too good for the responsibility and results; expect a drain of talent to these appeasement Institution. It may take more than 20 years for the present employees and because of them the system to change till them we can all ride piggy back on the farmers.
