All solutions are temporary. The population explosion for last 25 years is tremendous. Poor people dont know how to fend for themselves forget their children. Good education, Medical facilities, sanitation, water is out of reach out of common people. India is no better, inspite of World bank, UN IMF saying that India poverty level has come down. They are investors and they have give a rosy picture to safeguard their investment. Shudder at the thought after 10 years if rains play truant
Besides all corrections, when we are implementing population control i.e. one child norm for all dalits, reserve class, muslims etc., whose population have grown more than others. Why others should bear load of their sins.
