LIC is trusty of hard earned money deposited by crores of Indians. Govt has no right to divert this fund as per whims and fancies of one man, because he does own this money but has taken constitutional oath to protect the rights of all Indians. Supreme Court should look into such misuse and instruct the govt to behave.

Mejority holding is of policy holders who have contributed thousands of crores for various policies. LIC should only act as a trusty and not owner of such funds
if goverment is use lic ba;out the sick indusrty than lic profit will decrease and people lic benefit will decrease. which will have impact on lic bussiness. goverment should know that lic is hope for many poor and middle class family.
It has been used by all govt. in mutual funds, share market and now to buy a bank. Nothing wrong, ultimately money received by LIC is to be invested somewhere. For common man whether LIC does it or govt. pumps money into it, one and the same thing viz. Air India is in heavy loss, no question on siphoning money, everyone is employed and without delay getting salary whereas Kingfisher closed, others are in loss delaying payment to staff.

Please note that Air India is fully owned by Govt, but that is not the case with IL&FS, where govt or its undertakings do not have mejority holding.

This govt is blatantly using hard earned money of a common man to help/protect interests of some friends like Ambanis, Adanis and firms like IL&FS. Money deposited under several policy schemes by common man is not that of somebodies fathers money.

Modiji made several allegations about corruption in UPA regime, even after more than 4 years not a single charge has been proven nor the accussed have been punished. Why? Because nothing could be proved. Like tall promises of Modiji, these allegations were nothing but JUMLAs.
