The attachment of Nirav's properties though good if real are probably gimmicks to fool the people of this country or if its real, then its too late. Its the law and vigilance authority who is slow in any rich man's case allowing the case to be diluted and finally the culprit escapes. All law agencies have lost their credibility and its as corrupted and useless as even the police department. The agencies are responsible for making him escape. Indian law says if you are rich, you can do anything and still be pardonable. We would catch and trap only the poor honest people because they are the easy prey to get.
Why take all the Trouble.... go for the easy way out... Impose more Tax... Introduce new Cess.. Salaried and Middle Class ppl will fill the governments coffers conveniently and easily.
