Why such law is created by govt. when they are charging GST, Income Tax and so many other taxes. One say of looting public money or putting taxes. If govt. is serious then whole money is to be used for population control, cleanliness of area around industry or business or creating facilities for skill development in manufacturing and services viz medical related etc. Except population control and cleanliness, for any other, it is adjustment of money not a real CSR.
This article smacks of surprise and indignation as if donations by corporates is a strictly NO DO ! Everyone seems quite happy though if some other Inc kill cows and earn money. Yes the Cow is Holy for Indians, certainly not a FOOD ITEM.
Indians have always donated to Gau Shalas. Whats new in this ? So would a corporate give part of his money earmarked for donations. Did u expect them to give it to aMadrasa ?

Exactly. Bong binoy and similar anti-national bongs like him should be sent to bangladesh along with all peaceful people in west bengal. Part of the territory can also be given to bangladesh in exchange for taking these antinationals away.
