All our governing bodies are functioning so far as per Congress dominated policies, since there is a change in governance, few corrections are needed. RBI is small correction.
Biggest correction is needed in judicial backed by Police system, let us see when it comes.

Mr Agarwal: as said whenever a new leadership takes over it is expected new ideas/policies used to be changed for good. But this changes ought to have been taken at the beginning of the new era.

Towards the banking system, all the banks have shown profits since nationalisation till 2015. But from the beginning of 1st quarter of 2016 it started declining - at that time itself the Govt/RBI ought to have taken remedial measures after analysing the cause of decline.

Reg: Judiciary it is reported about 5500 (about 25%) judges vacancies are to be filled up. It is the joint responsibility of State & Central govts.

Reg: Police dept Similarly many vacancies have not been filled up for long and it is the job of respective state govts. With depleted strength whichever the institutions be, cannot function to its potential. In general manpower is over used it loses its quality.
