Let them come out with Rights issues of shares, NCD or CDs or both, instead of short-term finance instruments for a long-term uses. Further, like black-sheep banks, they are indulging in over-trading with least regard for governance. They have these bogus auditors who sign on dotted lines and equally bogus rating agencies trained by AMERICANS for American systems but applied on Indian systems.
