There are so many jobless educated youth. The staff look like they are about to retire. Inspite of higher salaries low interest loans they still want more, on top of that many PSB banks are running in losses.
SBI and some banks in the name of Minimum Balance/Non Operative Account/ Excess uses of Online Transaction. Huge penalty imposed. When Management going to return,changes plocies to check loot of customer money. Todays customer have to right to STRIKE and Protest against Branches.

its true what about private sector people they are getting only 13000 to 15000 p.m unable to run the family if we strike for 3 days aginst what will be .... bank employees getting more than 30,000 p.m its sufficient to run for family this stike is illlegal and all banks not fulfilling customer needs no answer from bank employees.
All problems are with govt. servants only, whereas they enjoy Maharaja like perqs. in terms of leaves, medical, and other benefits plus post retiral DA linked pension. Govt. money is looted left and right. Similarly all problems can be seen in relation to harassment to women, SC and ST only in govt. sector. Why private sector people cries lesser for their salary, perqs and retiral, whereas majority of them get as per Act only i.e almost minimum perqs. Govt. must correct sternly at least perqs. part i.e. leaves as per normal private sector, medical insurance instead of life long burden on tax payers, and other perqs. equal to private sector including retiral. Let us see the courage of our govt.

BankMaadharChodhs on 2-Day Strike Demanding Hike in Salaries
Nowadays many GovtMaadharChodhs (aka GMCs or 80% Gov employees) get pensions over 30K / pm, a gov peon or junior asst gets salary Rs 35K / pm, gov teacher 50k, lecturer Rs 1.5 lak, professor Rs 2 lak, etc.
Govt is collecting taxes, like GST, Income Tax, etc from the 97% hardworking people in the pvt sector to pay exorbitant salaries to 3% GMCs. I appreciate Modi's initiatives on many fronts, but what all these tax collections are for… to pay salaries to GMCs, 80% of whom are good-for-nothing fellows?
In pvt companies, only top 3% could be corrupt, but 97% employees have to work hard. In govt companies 80% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.
GMC laggards, who eat up 10% GDP / yr, seldom work, but work very hard when there is scope for corruption. GMCs spend 80% time eating paan & spitting on walls, talking SexPoliticsAndNonsense, playing cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is 1 hr, etc
Pay good salaries only to defense personnel; reduce salaries of all GMCs to market-average levels; stop salary revisions of GMCs in future and divert the money thus saved to improving primary education, teaching English & providing healthcare to SCs, STs and the poor; family planning incentives; and to support poor farmers committing suicide. PAYING HIGH SALARIES TO GMCs KILLS PATRIOTIC SPIRIT AMONG COMMON HARDWORKING POPULACE.
(Instead of Rs 1Lac /PM to a GMC, better pay 10k-to-10 pvt sctr hard-workers)

next election make citizens charter that we will vote only party which SCRAPS ALL PAY COMMISSIONS as these are impoverishing us citizens and making us second class with high direct taxes and GST but no visible benefits. alltaxes going to pay salaries of GMCs only

so many qualified unemployed persons are surviving in bad condition. future is not secure of them due to that natural life disturbing. delay occurring in settlement so all over life cycle destroyed.
as well as this employee of bank not saved to bank. given loan but not tried to recover. sent them for recovery then increase salary. all time seating in AC takes chilled air. they has not taken care of money of common public.

Are you sure you are doing correct thing by bringing hardship to millions of others. You do something to get your point across and does not create hardship to others but bank management and govt. And strike not for one day or two but few months. Do not take salary till then.
