Are you sure you are doing correct thing by bringing hardship to millions of others. You do something to get your point across and does not create hardship to others but bank management and govt. And strike not for one day or two but few months. Do not take salary till then.
Strike by Bank Employees on some demand or the other has become a regular feature in India. Where millions of Indians are without job, when Banks are reeling under huge loss they are going on strike to add further loss to Indian Economy. Everybody want more salary but with such an assured job consistency strike by Bank Employees not only make them cheap in the eyes of the society it also glaringly shows their 'no concern' attitude to Indian people. That you have to work more for implementing Govt policies can not be a reason to go on strike. What happens to billions of those Pvt employees who toil morning to night and do not get annual hike for company's loss? Let Bank employees not isolate themselves from rest of the society - they may have to regret later.

Bank employees are resorting to strike after IBA did not agree to give reasonable salary-hike which is pending since 2017 November. MPs and MLAs hike their salaries and allowances several times for not doing any work. For tiding over the situation arising out of foolish Demonitisation, bank employees have to work overnight. For implementation of government schemes, Jan dhan, Bima yojna, and even Aadhar enrolment, bank employees have to step in. Central government employees get fat hikes without even asking for the same. A sweeper in some PSUs draws more than bank officer. Why the government is so adament to consider favorably the wage revision of bank employees?
these bank ppl r a nuisance.they r always on strike.they should all be hit with lathis.on working days they want to stop all work.if educated ,employed ppl r so pathetic, why blame an illiterate person for doing anything. if they want more income ,why dont they go abroad and look for new jobs there and then do all this nonsense abroad also.
